Do you ship internationally? If so, which countries do you ship to? 

We offer international shipping through our collaboration with Global-e. Global-e is a well-regarded global e-commerce provider, and its system enables us to offer excellent user experience to our customers around the world. 

To check if we ship to your country and adjust the currency, accordingly, simply click on the flag icon located in the upper right-hand corner of the website. During the checkout process, you'll find local payment options and calculations for any relevant shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees. 

What is your returns policy for international orders? 

Salt Murphy agrees to offer a refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

What currencies are supported? 

You are able to change the currency you are shopping in using the Currency Selector at the bottom of our site. 

Are duties and taxes included at checkout? 

Australian and United States 

Orders will NOT be charged import duties for orders under $1000AUD and $800USD. If you spend over this threshold import duties may be applicable. 

 

Other countries

You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority upon arrival of your parcel into your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware to avoid any surprises. 

  • Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

How can I track my order? 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order has been dispatched! This email will include a DHL Tracking Number you can use to stay up to date with your package. 

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed? 

Orders that have already been processed at the warehouse are not eligible to cancel. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalising payment. Email info@saltmurphy.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
